چکیده

Citrus fruit tree has great commercial importance with mandarin (Citrus reticulata) as the second most important citrus crop and includes a wide range of true hybrid cultivars; however, there is lack studies about characterization evaluation germplasm for Physico-chemical morphological traits. A study on varietal selection been underway at National Research Programme since 2005-06. Evaluation species various quantitative qualitative traits related to leaf, seed morphology phenotypic genotypic level using random amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD) inter-simple sequence repeats (ISSR) markers confirmed existence significant variability among all genotypes. The juice content maximum positive association pulp weight then weight, equatorial diameter polar respect only. TSS specific gravity was negatively correlated levels. Thus, molecular can be effective tool successful establishment genetic correlation different group. present review paper will emphasize through path analysis growth yield attributes.

This study was conducted to identify and recognize relations and diversity among accessions of the Iranianpears (Pyrus spp). A total of 34 pear accessions, derived presumably from at least six species, were subjected to simple sequence repeat (SSR) analysis. The Japanese and the Chinese pear samples were; “Housui” and “Yali” cultivars, example of Pyrus pyrifolia and P. bretschneideri, respectiv...

Physico-chemical and morphological features of infectious pancreatic necrosis virus.

Infectious pancreatic necrosis (IPN) virus has been purified and some physicochemical properties of its nucleic acid and protein moieties have been determined. The buoyant density of the virus particle in CsC1 is 1.35 g/ml; degraded particle banded at a density of 1.31 g/ml. The virus nucleic acid was found to be doublestranded, according to several different criteria, namely resistance to panc...
